Popular mobile browser, Opera Mini, received an update earlier today which bumps it up to version 12, packing numerous improvements and optimizations under the hood, in addition to minor aesthetic changes throughout the app. The update polishes the UI, improves the browsers consistency with the rest of the Android platforms, and considerably streamlines the overall user experience.
